Coronavirus (COVID-19) News Update

We are still delivering

Because we are not a shop we are able to continue delivering flowers for you. We follow closely social distancing guidelines both at our Flower Studio and when delivering to the door. Supply of flowers has greatly improved recently compared to when lockdown started. We are, however, finding some colours and types of flowers are a little limited therefore can't always guarantee colours and types of flowers. When this occurs, we will make sensible substitutions within your bouquet or funeral.

During this time of increased uncertainty that Coronavirus is causing we would like to offer our reassurances that the health and well being of both our customers and staff is always our number one priority

We are following the guidance provided by the World Health Organisation and the British government continue to monitor the situation very closely and will amend our procedures if guidance changes.

No contact deliveries

Our drivers have been instructed to use hand sanitiser after every delivery ensuring that when handing over the gift, it will be as clean as can be.  We are placing bouquet deliveries on the doorstep, knocking, then standing back at least 2 metres and awaiting an answer.  Towards the end of the online check out journey, just use the “comments” box to let us know if you’d like the florist to leave your delivery somewhere safe and we’ll take care of the rest.

Amending an order

If you have already placed an order with us and are aware that the delivery location is now closed due to Coronavirus or that the intended recipient has gone into self-isolation please email our customer service team help@blossom-florists.co.uk and we will be happy to amend the delivery instructions on your order.
