Checkout Help

Once you have chosen your beautiful gift or tribute, proceed to the check out.

1. Enter your billing address, this is the address your credit/debit card is registered to. This address is only used for credit/debit card verification, we do not send a receipt or any paperwork to this address.

2. If you have requested COLLECTION, we will text/ email to let you know when your flowers are ready.

3. DELIVERY; Choose 'Deliver to Different Address' if your delivery address is different to the Billing Address: 

• If you do not know the person's surname, leave the surname box blank.
• If your purchase is for Mr & Mrs, enter this in the first name box and enter the surname in the surname box.
• If you purchase is for a funeral, you can enter the decead's name here or the name of the funeral directors and leave surname box blank.
• If you have any delivery information, for example, leave by back gate if out, you can enter it in the Delivery Information box.

4. Enter your credit/debit payment details.  You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Flower Delivery Areas

Delivery options will be shown once the delivery postcode has been entered during checkout.

Although we offer delivery throughout many areas in Essex, Same Day delivery (subject to availability) is limited to postcodes: CM1,CM2,CM3, CM6(3), CM7,CM77,CM8, CO5, CO6.

Flower delivery in our Essex areas is available Monday to Saturday.  Sunday delivery is only available for Valentine's Day and Mothering Sunday.

We do not deliver on Bank Holidays.

Some of our products are available for delivery nationwide but funeral flowers are only available for delivery within our local Essex delivery areas. Nationwide courier delivery is only available Tuesday to Friday.
