Need Help at Checkout? We're Here for You!

Thanks so much for choosing your beautiful gift or tribute – we’re delighted to help you place your order. Here's a quick guide to make checkout easy:

  1. Billing Address: Enter the address linked to your credit or debit card. Don’t worry – we won’t post anything there! It’s just for payment verification.

  2. Collection Orders: If you're collecting your flowers, we’ll send you a friendly text or email as soon as they're ready for pickup.

  3. Delivery Details: If the delivery address is different from your billing address, just tick “Deliver to Different Address.”

  • Not sure of the recipient’s surname? No problem – you can leave it blank.
  • Sending to a couple? Pop “Mr. & Mrs.” in the first name field and add the surname separately.
  • For funeral flowers, you can enter either the name of the deceased or the funeral director – feel free to leave the surname blank.
  • Got special instructions (like "leave by side gate" or "safe place if out")? Just pop them in the Delivery Info box.
      4. Payment Info: Simply add your card details and you’re done! We’ll email you an order confirmation so you have everything you need.

Delivery Date: You can add a delivery date during the checkout process.

Timed Delivery: Timed Delivery: We deliver funeral flowers to a guaranteed specified time, however we are unable to offer a guaranteed timed delivery for general deliveries. There is an area during the checkout process where you can request a time and we will do our best to meet this for you but can't guarantee it.

Can I Collect:  Yes,you can select the click and collect option.

Work Address Yes we can deliver to a business address. This can be to you at your work or to a recipient at theirs.

Recipient is out:  As you can imagine many of the people we deliver to are out at work or shopping etc. We have a policy of not bringing a flower or gift delivery back as this can be inconvenient for the recipient and it may result in them not getting their delivery until next day. We will try close neighbours and ask if they can look after the delivery until the recipient returns. Alternatively we will put the delivery in our special custom boxes and leave the delivery hidden. We will then put a card through the door explaining where they have been left.

My Details: Will the recipient see my details or a receipt? No the recipient will not see your details or receive the receipt. All the recipient will see with their flower or gift delivery is the message on the gift card. 

Balloons: I have ordered a balloon, how do you know what type of balloon I want? We can normally tell by your message if it is a Birthday, Anniversary etc. You can always state what type of balloon you would like in the comments box during the checkout process.
