At Blossom Florists we continually strive to limit our impact on the environment.  This is why our new range of hand-tied packaging contains only materials that are biodegradable and with some that are recyclable.

Reducing our impact on the Environment

At Blossom Florists we are doing our up most to reduce the impact on the environment of our operations.  We are sourcing more and more flowers from British growers reducing the transport impact of having flowers imported.  Our flower delivery vehicles are gradually being replaced with more and more environmentally friendly vehicles with lower emissions and better MPG.  We hope to be using electric vans in due course.

Recycling and reusing

At our flower studios, our florists are busy recycling cardboard, plastics and paper.  Where we can, we are re-using materials such as cardboard boxes and paper wrapping.  In addition to using more eco friendly materials in our bouquet creations and funeral tributes,  we are also trying to source more environmentally friendly stationary and other materials we use within the flowers studio.
