A. Same Day Delivery:
Yes, general rule of thumb is to order before 1pm* subject to availability. Our same day flower delivery service is not available everywhere in Essex, please click here to check locations. If ordering after 1pm, please ring to check availability 0845 020 4237
A. Timed Delivery:
We deliver funeral flowers to a guaranteed specified time and also offer an AM or PM guaranteed service for general Essex flower and gift delivery. However we are unable to offer a guaranteed timed delivery for general deliveries. There is an area during the checkout process where you can request a time and we will do our best to meet this for you but can't guarantee it.
A. Can I Collect:
To keep overheads low, we operate from workshops and not Flower shops. Therefore we are not really set up or insured to receive visitors. We would be happy to deliver to you if requested and if you prefer to pay in cash our drivers would be happy to take payment from you. Of course you can pay by credit card online or over the phone.
A. Recipient is out:
As you can imagine many of the people we deliver to are out at work or shopping etc. We have a policy of not bringing a flower or gift delivery back as this can be inconvenient for the recipient and it may result in them not getting their delivery until next day. We will try close neighbours and ask if they can look after the delivery until the recipient returns. Alternatively we will put the delivery in our special custom boxes and leave the delivery hidden. We will then put a card through the door explaining where they have been left.
A. Sunday/Bank Holiday:
Blossom Florist does not deliver on a Bank Holiday or Sunday
A. Card Message:
Yes, there is an area where you can type a message during the checkout process. We will then hand write your message on a pretty floral message card.
A. Funeral Questions:

A. My Details:
No the recipient will not see your details or receive the receipt. All the recipient will see with their flower or gift delivery is the message on the gift card.
We can normally tell by your message if it is a Birthday, Anniversary etc. You can always state what type of balloon you would like in the comments box during the checkout process.
A. Free Delivery:
We provide free delivery throughout most of Essex. This means we can deliver flowers to all CM, CO, RM and SS postcode areas. However, not all these areas are available for same day delivery. Our same day delivery areas are listed below. Please call us on 0845 020 4237 if you are unsure: (we do not deliver to IG, EN or CB postcode areas)
