General rule of thumb is to order before 12 noon (UK time) for same day delivery. We are flexible however and will endeavour to get your gift delivered if ordered later than 12pm. (Balloons same day to local area only, rest of UK next day)

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times if requested (exception being funerals).

Funeral flowers may need longer notice - please check when ordering.

Baby Hampers enjoy Free delivery if sent with a bouquet of flowers but cost £19.99 if sent without.

As flowers are a natural product and are dependent on harvests, not all types or colours are available at all times and therefore we have to reserve the right to substitute flower types, foliage types and colours. We also may have to change the design of balloons in the unlikely event we are out of stock of a particular type.

We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather conditions etc. In this instance, we will deliver the next possible day. We will not issue a refund in this instance. Funerals are excluded from this clause.
